How to Make Homemade Bread And Butter Pudding

Bread And Butter PuddingBread and butter pudding is one of those traditional British desserts that everybody loves. The pudding is made from slices of slightly stale buttered bread layered in an oven dish with a liberal scattering of raisins. An egg and milk mix, which has been seasoned with nutmeg, cinnamon or mixed spices, is then poured over the top with more bread put on top. Bake for about thirty minutes and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:

Sliced White Bread
Butter or Margerine
Egg Yolks
Thickened Cream
Caster Sugar
Ground Cinnamon

Preperation Time: 5-10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25-35 minutes
